Forms for notifications and reporting

Important notice: These forms are published for information purposes only and without any prejudice to the official text as published in the Official Journal. The selection of forms below is intended for public authorities that use the State aid notification software ("SANI").

Regional aid

Updated supplementary information sheets*, reflecting the Commission Guidelines on Regional State aid, OJ C 153, 29.4.2021, p. 1. These forms should be annexed to the standard notification form in SANI2.

Research and development and innovation aid

Agriculture

Block exemption in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas

Reporting

Member States shall transmit to the Commission, via the Commission’s electronic notification system, the summary information about each aid measure exempted under this Regulation in the standardised format laid down in Annex II, together with a link providing access to the full text of the aid measure, including any amendments, within 20 working days following its entry into force.

State aid notification in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas

The general information form in SANI2 must be accompanied by this General notification form* (Form 0.) reflecting the Guidelines for State aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas (OJ C 485, 21.12.2022, p. 1) and specific supplementary information sheet(s) related to the measure(s) concerned. In addition, for forestry and rural areas measures (Chapters 2 and 3 of Part II of the Guidelines), the common forms 2. (for forestry measures) or 3. (for aids in rural areas) must be completed respectively.

Fisheries

Reporting
