These were (i) the Notice on the concept of concentration, (ii) the Notice on the concept of full-function joint ventures, (iii) the Notice on the concept of undertakings concerned and (iv) the Notice on calculation of turnover

Notice on Simplification
In December 2013, the Commission adopted a package to simplify its procedures for reviewing concentrations under the EU Merger Regulation. This merger simplification package has been applicable since 1 January 2014.
