Ask for RFI Reopening

If you or your team have made any errors in this Request for Information (RFI) or wish to submit additional documents, you may request to modify your responses even after the questionnaire has been submitted.

To do so, click the "Ask for RFI Reopening" button, in the platform.

When you click the "Ask for RFI Reopening" button, a new tab will open where you will be required to provide a justification for your request.

If you need to make changes to a submitted questionnaire, you may submit a request for the European Commission to reopen the RFI. Your request will be reviewed by the case team, who will assess the justification provided and respond as soon as possible.

Please note that only one reopening request can be submitted per RFI.

The explanatory text says that if the user wants to make changes in a submitted questionnaire, they can request the Commission to reopen it, that the case team will review the request and respond by email, and that only one request to reopen the RFI can be submitted.

Once submitted, your request will be sent to the case team for review. The case team may either approve or reject the request.

You will receive an email notification informing you of the outcome of your request. If the request is approved, the RFI will be reopened, allowing you to update your responses and/or upload any additional supporting documents.
