The public Antitrust Manual of Procedures is based on DG Competition's internal Antitrust Manual of Procedures. It was originally published in 2012 and is intended to provide transparency on the Commission’s procedures for applying Articles 101 and 102 TFEU. Beginning in August 2024, DG Competition is updating and re-publishing the Manual in the form of self-standing modules. This will ensure that the public Manual reflects important developments and changes in the Commission’s procedures.
